    Hi @briionyann,

This could be several things, but first, please be sure you are running the latest version of the FTS free plugin (currently 2.8.9). And, How are you adding the shortcode to the page? Are you using a page builder? If you are, are you using a text field to place the shortcode in?
Also, if you are using the Gutenberg editor and using blocks, it needs to be a shortcode block.

    1) After you update/publish the shortcode, clear the FTS cache (Feed Them > Settings > Global Options >Clear all FTS cache). You may also want to clear any other Caching plugins you may have installed.

    2) Go into your Instagram account on your desktop, click the settings cog and select “Apps & Websites” and click to remove Feed Them Social. Back in your WordPress dashboard, go to Feed Them > Instagram Options to gain a new access token. Once the prompts return you click your page banner and then click the green ‘save’ button that appears. Then go to Feed Them > Settings and create a new shortcode. After you update/publish, clear the FTS cache.

    3) It’s possible that another plugin or theme may be interfering. Try deactivating all other plugins besides the Feed Them Social plugins temporarily. Then test to see if it works. If this works, try reactivating them, one by one, to see which one is causing the issue.

If deactivating all plugins doesn’t help the issue try switching themes to one of the default WordPress themes then look at the page (this can be done under the Appearance tab of your install). It’s possible the theme is causing errors.

    4) Lastly, make sure you do not have any Facebook blocking extensions running on your browser (like FB Container in Firefox for example).

If none of the above has resolved the issue, please fill out a support ticket and include the shortcode for us to test. or send us the shortcode via email to [email protected]

    Best regards,
