I’ll change this so that it’s only displayed to site admins and not all logged-in users. I should be able to get that released today, but in the meantime you can disable the notice by editing the plugin source code:
1) Open the plugin’s “instagram-feed-admin.php” file
2) On line 1048 you’ll see the following:
add_action('admin_notices', 'sbi_new_token_notice');
3) Remove that line
This should then remove the notice for all users.

Just following up to let you know that I actually just released an update to fix this. If you update to version 1.4.3 then it will only show the notice to admins.
