• Hi guys,

I run just a few safe tweaks from your plugin (green ones!) and my instagram grid isn’t showing anymore (you’ll see the empty space in the homepage, bottom left). I’m afraid I mistakely disabled it with other widgets? Is it reversible? It wasn’t a separate widget, was part of the theme CiyaShop. I contacted their staff for support too but would be nice to have feedback from you.

I deactivated Clearfy for now, hope to solve the issue. Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

What kind of settings do you enable?

All the ones deemed “safe”, with the green question mark, and I disabled a bunch of widgets (none of them was named or directly referring to instagram). Not my brightest idea I guess.

Try to include these widgets back and check whether the instagram feed

well, it says “disable widget” so I tried to put the switch back on OFF, to see if it actually was a reversible thing, but I guess it’s not.

The widgets are still visible in the widget page, just not showing up in the frontend.

What exactly does your plugin do when i click on remove widget? Does it delete a folder, uninstall something, put in a bit of code?

i tried to fix it by replacing the widget php file with the original theme zip one, nothing happened

Just one more thing: the theme dev still hasn’t replied but i noticed that on their demo website the widget was blank too yesterday, and now it’s broken

so maybe your plugin isn’t involved at all

Our plugin hides widgets. If you select OFF the widget will appear again in the admin panel, but it will need to be re-added to the site

The switch is on OFF, and I tried to add it even in new places, like the footer, but it’s still blank.

Can be you will find explanation its problems in this topic?
