    The plugin was working fine but the feed disappeared from the page. Went to refresh the access token (as we normally have to do this every other month), and get:

    {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Insufficient developer role”}

    Hi @digitd,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    At the moment, we are experiencing an issue with our Facebook connection, which is affecting both the Facebook and Instagram feeds.
    We have reached out to Facebook (Meta) and are working on a solution. We hope to have this issue resolved, and have all affected feeds back up within the next 24-48 hours.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you posted as soon as it is back up!

    Best regards,

    Hi @digitd,

    We very much appreciate your patience. The Facebook and Instagram connections have been restored.

    Please make sure you are running the latest free version of the Feed Them Social plugin, currently 2.9.8.4.

    You may need to reacquire a new Facebook and/or Instagram access token, create a new shortcode and replace your old shortcode.

    Thanks for using SlickRemix plugins!

    Have a great weekend,

    Hi, thanks for working on this but I think it’s down again. It’s no longer showing the Insufficient developer role error and seems to be able to retrieve the API token, but the site has started showing ‘Oops, something is wrong. Instagram feed not loaded’ again. All caches cleared. Please look at this urgently.

    Hi @pixelshrink,

    Make sure you are running the latest version of the Feed Them Social plugin, currently version 2.9.8.4. As there’s been many bug fixes, specifically FB & IG connectivity fixes.

    If the update does not show up in your WordPress plugins panel, delete the FTS free plugin. Then, click the ‘Add New’ button at the top of the WordPress plugins panel, search “Feed Them Social” and re-install. The most recent version (2.9.8.4) should then install. Once installed and active, you should be able to gain a FB and/or IG token without issue.

    Ah yes, thanks for that, it’s working now.
