and is there a way to import their posts ?

No, Meta (who owns Instagram) does now allow Instagram to be used as a social login:

So I’m sorry but it’s not possible to create accounts or log in with Instagram. Nextend Social Login is a simple login plugin, and as we don’t have any kind of integration with Instagram, it’s not possible to import Instagram posts either.
