Instagram mandatory connection

Hello and thank you for your plug-in.
We hope now with your support will get better and better.After the update in 2.31 we tried to reset the connection in a shop because products we had choose not to sync, were syncing again and again.
But in the connection procedure, the step for an Instagram account appears now to be mandatory and we cannot continue without it. We created an Instagram account but still not passing this step because the account is new and not eligible for Instagram shopping.
Is it a bug or a new Facebook rule to create business accounts in Instagram?
We can’t complete the procedure because of this.
