I get this error when posting to instagram “Your post could not be posted, because your image is not available or the image source does not allow to publish”.

When entering a product on my website i’ve enable auto posting to my facebook and instagram, it publishes properly to my facebook but instagram give the above error.

Thanks for reaching out.

There can be various reasons for this.
May I ask you if it’s possible that your images are hotlink protected?
Please also be so kind as to make sure using “.jpg” or “.png” image files since these are the ones which are supported by Instagram.

I have found the solution for this, images were in .webp format hence the issue
