Instagram “tag” shortcode not working

    this shortcode
    [gallery type="instagram" view='tag' user_id='478159910' tag_name='shadow' layout='random' thumb_size='150' controls='show']
    still displays all my images rather than just the ones tagged “#shadow”.

    any insight?

    my first time using this plugin so quite possible i’ve missed something obvious.

    While the tag feature is coded into the plugin the culprit is Instagram – they have refused to grant Photonic the permission to display tags. I have documented my challenges with Instagram on the demo page.

    thank you for your prompt reply, sayontan.

    i did read that page but misinterpreted the info as the tag option being available for my posts, but not the posts of others. which is exactly what i wanted.

    that is a great disappointment as i’m already a big fan or your plugin.
