I am using the Feed The Social plug in and per the documentation for the Kyma theme, I go to Admin Dashboard >> Appearance >> Theme Options >> Footer Options. I don’t see theme options when I go to my dashboard.

This is premium theme documentation link that you are following. Theme Option is not available in free theme.
You have to find out a useful plugin from WordPress and read plugin instructions (how to use it). You can also ask query to plugin author (if you getting any trouble in setup plugin).
Please follow previous support and try to find out useful plugin in given links.
