Instagram widget stopped working

    It’s a few days since the Instagram widget stopped working. When you try to to renew the access token, you get an error message: “Invalid scope: user_profile”

    Hello there! 

    Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Instagram block. 

    However, according to Facebook: “Starting on December 4th, 2024, Instagram Basic Display API will no longer be available. In order to help make this transition as smooth as possible, partners will have 90 days from today to make the necessary adjustments before the API is no longer available”. 

    Our developers are looking for a way to resolve it. However, “After December 4th, 2024, there will no longer be a set of Instagram APIs for consumer developer apps.” We’re not sure we’ll be able to work this around.
