Install and configure plugin Step by Step

    Hi everyone.

    Can someone give me instruction how to install and configure this plugin???

    WordPress version 3.9.2

    I think this plugin is not compatible with latest WP.

    I cant do anything after install and create App on Facebook.

    Cant publish posts etc.

    Can anyone give me instruction step by step for this version of WP??
