    Hi!

    What happens when you disable your current theme?

    What kind of error do you get there when you activate the plugin?

    I get a 500 error even just putting the plugin on the server

    Hi!

    What happens when you disable your current theme?

    Using for example twenty sixteen or our Rookie theme.

    Usually this kind of issue (500) is related to your server itself, so you may want to check the upload limits, PHP memory and so on

    Hi Roch,

    It works with the twenty-fifteen, but not my site? It is a Cherry Framework template, when I put the plugin on the server I get 500 error. Is there anything we can do to fix this as we are pretty set on the template we are using.

    Hi Jen!

    I’m not sure if we are understanding each other. Please try the following:
    1) Disable all the plugins
    2) Switch to twenty sixteen or rookie
    3) Install / Activate SportsPress.

    Let us know how it works. We can’t support third party code, so if the issue is only with the Cherry Framework you may need to send this to their support team
