INSTALL ERROR: max_allowed_packet is read-only

Hi, I’m having a problem with my installation, it displays the error:

EXCEPTION: SESSION variable 'max_allowed_packet' is read-only. Use SET GLOBAL to assign the value
TRACE:
#0 /var/www/html/corsisdesign/dup-installer/ctrls/ctrl.s2.dbinstall.php(62): mysqli_query()
#1 /var/www/html/corsisdesign/dup-installer/ctrls/ctrl.s2.base.php(240): DUPX_DBInstall->__construct()
#2 /var/www/html/corsisdesign/dup-installer/main.installer.php(244): require_once('...')

I’ve tried searching but haven’t been able to solve the problem yet.

I understand that you got this error during the backup restoration:
