Install has again failed

I am bringing this as the post I have wrote, there must be an answer somewhere.

Its gone wrong again..Wordpress,

ww.wp.xz.cn will say ‘Try another theme…I have…What version is it..the latest..How was it Installed…manually by the host.

So why after only a matter of weeks has it failed. Do I really need to learn a new CMS?

I have wqrote this but I am unable to publish no matter what theme. I must now draft it, I still can’t add a catagorie, Image but hey, the publish becomes available…whats not to like.
