Install memory issue

    I upgraded to WP 3.9 and Forms Manager stopped working. I have removed it and tried to install the newest version 1.6.47 both auotmatically and manually and both times I get this error…

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 22806528) (tried to allocate 35 bytes) in /home/qualityb/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 3833

    I have changed the php.ini file to “memory_limit=120M” in the past to fix other WP memory issues… but this is different. It is only happening when trying to install your plug-in.

    I just noticed something…
    If I switch to the theme “Twenty Twelve” it installs correctly and seems to work okay. But if I switch to the theme “Fine” by CyberChimps it will work now as well…
    BUt if I try to uninstall and then install using the “Fine” theme it kicks out that memory error. Seems to be a theme problem I guess… hmmmm
