  • Hi Sharanyan! I’d be happy to help.

Can you tell us any steps you took to indicate that Stream is what’s causing this problem for you?

    Hi Frank,

    1) I went Dashboard > Stream > Extensions and tried to install addons like cherry,export,woocommerce,etc.. got error like ” Install package not available “

    2) I found this Broken Link while audit via xenu link sleuth and broken link checker.

    Thanks.

    Thanks for the info!

    1. Let’s try a different method of installing by going to https://wp-stream.com/dashboard/ and downloading the plugin from there and then use the Plugins > Add New > Upload screen to install it on your site directly.

    2. Our notifications plugin uses the slug stream-notifications not notifications. Also there has never been a file called notif-css.css as part of our plugin. So I’m not 100% sure if that is even our extension. Perhaps there is another plugin installed with this name?

    Frank,

    1) i’ve installed manually and ………yes! it works.
    2) Apologize for the confusion,I did checked plugin code and i found that’s entirely different plugin.
