    There are some missing files in your theme’s folder. This particular error is telling you that the file “theme-options.php” inside the folder ‘inc’ is missing.

    Except not….

    I can see they are there via FTP (and have deleted, reloaded them etc, all combinations).

    The database says I have top admin access but I still get this messgage. This is after an upgrade from WPMU 2.9+ to WP 3+
