Install problems? Not working?

I’ve installed the plugin, but it doesn’t seem to be working correctly.

The single image will open – but it is missing the X to close the image.

The gallery will not open in the lightbox (possibly this is related to the Jetpack mosaic gallery display? but don’t see why this wouldn’t work?)

Have I installed something incorrectly?
