'Insert Video Gallery' button error

I just purchased the Personal version of your Video Gallery. It appears something is wrong with the plug-in. When I am in WordPress on my Posts page and select the “Add Video Gallery” button, the window opens where you can choose the style of the gallery. Unfortunately, when you go to click “Insert Video Gallery” the button is clickable, but nothing happens, it just stays on the same screen and does not insert a gallery into my post. I have tried in numerous browsers, cleared cache, etc and the problem still exists.
Where am I going wrong?
