Install WordPress through url

Hi,

I’m just trying to get access to my wordpress account through installing wordpress. I’m following a guide where it says after uploading my unpacked wordpress package via FTP, this link http://www.yourdomain.de/wp-admin/install.php has to be open up – but unfortunately nothing happens – it shows an empty page.
I work with STRATO as a server client.
I’m totally new in this field and appreciate helpful comments.
