After you download WordPress you have to UPLOAD the files to your web host. Have you done this?

Obscure – ther error is that the server is not found. I did a little extra step and saw that the domain name she’s linking to doesn’t have an owner and is available for purchase.
Plain and simple, she doesn’t own that domain name. That’s why she gets the error when she goes to that link.

*Now* I see an error. It says she doesn’t have a wp-config.php file. My guess would be that she didn’t rename it. The file in question is wp-config-sample.php. You have to remove the “-sample” from that filename. And, of course, be sure you put the right connection settings in the file.
i bet that her wp-config.php is actually an wp-config.php.txt . be careful with the extension
