Posting solution for others to see:

    PROBLEM:
The discovered that the registration form that appears on the plugin page after installation is not working.

Was able to enter an email address, but the yes or no options are not selectable. The checkbox for agreeing to terms and conditions works, but the continue button is not active.

The ability to complete installation was blocked, therefore unable to use the plugin.

    VERSIONS:
WordPress 5.5.1 running Twenty Twenty theme.
    WF Version 7.4.11

    SOLUTION:
Deactivated all plugins except Wordfence. Found that the form worked.

Hi @vanguardsolutions, thanks for your informative message.

To just further expand on the steps you’ve taken, it may have been due to a recent jQuery Migrate deprecation in WordPress 5.5 that hadn’t been rectified in one of your plugins. It may help to install the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin below to see if the issue is resolved:

You may also find this useful:

If the above doesn’t fix the issue, disable all plugins other than Wordfence again and reactivate them one by one to see when the issue arises. To do so I recommend the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a default theme, but only for your user to prevent downtime for other site visitors.

    Thanks,

    Peter.
