I already did that, but I still have no answer about this issue from him.
You can try to unpack the compressed file and upload the theme folder to your current wordpress instalation via FTP (all themes are stored in wp-content/themes)
Then you can activate it in your wordpress admin panel
When did you contact the author regarding this issue? Themeforest sellers always try to reply within 24h. please allow them to get back to you before finding other ways to get this sorted 🙂
Well, i tried that too, via Filezilla. The point is, i never get to see the installed theme in my admin panel. It’s mentioned in the broken themes with the message: stylesheet is missing

It sounds like you’ve uploaded the entire ZIP file that you downloaded from ThemeForest. You actually need to open that ZIP file first, and inside you can find the theme’s ZIP file itself, and most likely some documentation to help you find it.
