installation bug WP eCommerce

    After installing this extras WP eCommerce to WP HTML Mail, website stop loading and return web browser page error (cant load website etc).
    Admin panel was able to load by its own address. But, in plugins panel of WP HTML? this plugin WP eCommerce showed as not installed, while presented in inactive tab in wordpress.

    Hello nvjosppe,

    From your posting I can not quite understand what exactly the problem is.
    Do you get any error messages, which you can post here?

    We have had no requests for “WP eCommerce” as of yet. Our plugin is designed to work with our extension “HTML Mail WooCommerce” for WooCommerce.

    Would WooCommerce be an alternative for you?

    I have not installed HTML Mail WooCommerce. Only basic addon WP HTML Mail.
    I was trying some futures in addons tab of plugin. And after clicking on install WP eCommerce, got the issue mentioned above, which i considered to be a bug.

    Hello,

    I am aware that you have not installed WooCommerce, therefore I was asking if that was an option for you, instead of WP eCommerce?

    As we have shifted our focus primarly to supporting WooCommerce, WP eCommerce has not been a priority for us.

    We will have a look a this issue, but it will take some time. So we ask for some some patience in the meantime.
