Installation does not work (no working plugins)

    Trying to install the weclapp plugin I get this message:

    “Installiere Plugin aus Datei: weclapp.zip
    Entpacken des Pakets…
    Das Plugin wird installiert…
    Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden. Es wurden keine funktionsfähigen Plugins gefunden.
    Die Plugininstallation ist fehlgeschlagen.”

    What means: “Installing => package could not be installed, there were no working plugins. plugin-installation failed”

    What can I do to get the plugin installed?
