Installation Error – FastCGI process exited unexpectedly

Hello,

I am doing a manual installation on a windows hosted server running IIS. I filled in the initial settings and launched the install process, but each time I get the error “:\ScriptEngines\Php\parsers\nts\v8_0\php-cgi.exe – The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly”. Nothing more detailed than that and I can’t seem to find an error log file anywhere.

I can see that tables were created in the database, so the DB connection info is good.

This is my first time installing WP, so I am not sure where to look to try and debug the process. Any guidance or link to resources would be greatly appreciated!
