installation error please help me..

    I just upload wp to my site then I ran the installation and it gives me the following error..

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home2/azecorpc/public_html/capconfl/wordpress/wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 1319

    please reply..
