Installation #fail

    Current version (1.4.8) fails to activate, with multiple fail to write (permissions correct, /var/www/html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php missing.)

    Worked great on a previous install of an earlier version of WP, untested against 4.6.1 so I expect that is the issue.
