Installation failed: -1 on plugin upload

1 в 1 та же проблема. Не могу понять, что могло случиться. Как будто что-то сломалось и он не может ничего скачать.
Ни скачать новый плагин, ни обновить существующий. При этом сайт работает нормально и проблема исключительно в обновлении.
Пробовал выключить редирект 301. Эффекта ноль

Надеюсь получится решить эту проблему.
