Installation Failed

I tried to download this plugin but it says this…”Installation failed: The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” . I had tried downloading it yesterday, same problem, and later it created the file with all the folders on htdocs/wp-contents/plugins but on installed plugins i couldnt see the plugins to activate it…. now i deleted the file and installed it again and the same prob, it gives me the same error msg while creating the folder with all files needed on file manager.
