I can not find that folder using ftp.

If i were to delete it i think my problem would be solved.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
Resolved. I was using the old ftp and when the site was migrated there was a new ftp location. Once I found the right folder and removed it I was able to. Reinstall.
Typically I figure it out and then feel like an idiot so pardon my ignorance at times.
