    When I try to install your plugin, I am seeing the following error: “Installation failed: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with ww.wp.xz.cn or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

    This could have been a temporary internet connection issue or a temporary server unavailability. Can you try installing the plugin again?
