Installation Issue

I am having trouble with the Wp Stripe plugin. I installed it and followed the directions in the guide. I click in the donate button on my webpage and I enter the test Credit card information and then I click for it to process and nothing happens. The stripe pop up does nothing.

Next, I uninstalled the plugin and I re-installed it. Now when I click he button on my webpage, the stripe pop up window appears, however it is blank. There is nothing in the box. I cannot even enter payment information.

Any suggestions, direction or insight would be much appreciated.
