Installation issue

Hello there,

I have a little problem.
I can’t create a network, the page is empty, and if I turn the debug to off, I have an error “Notice: Trying to get property of non-object mu domain wp”.

Now, I’m following the installs step and I’m a getting this :

Connection error to the database
Can’t find wp_blogs
Can’t find wp_signups
Can’t find wp_site
Can’t find wp_sitemeta
Can’t find wp_registration_log
Can’t find wp_blog_versions

All this tables doesnt exist.
Where can I find them ? Should it be installed by the plugin ? I cant understand.
