Installation issues

WP – 4.4.2 | PHP – 5.4.12 | MySQL – 5.6.2 | Am working on my laptop ‘localhost’ using WAMPSERVER with a working internet connection.

I installed the Caldera Forms plugin but when navigating to the section of “Caldera Forms” i get an error in my WP admin page as pasted below. Appreciate if someone can advise how to fix this?
