Installation issues when installing for a client

    I tried to install Cleantalk Spam protection in a test version on a client website. This worked without issues. A key was received automatically.

    Then I tried the same with CleanTalk Security and no key could be requested. Error message:

    “SERVER_ERROR NO: 5 MSG: There is no access to add a new service. Policy about adding new sites without authorization is OFF. Allow adding new sites from the CleanTalk plugin settings on the page https://cleantalk.org/my/profile”

    This should be handled over a new account on the name of the client. I could not create one with his email.

    Please log in to that account and add the website manually by following this guide: https://cleantalk.org/help/add-website-security

    Thank you! Understood. The issue though was not how to do this, but how to create a new account for my client. The registration form needs a website and for some reason the site-url was refused. I could not register, thus had no access to the dashboard.

    However, it now worked (because I waited some time?). I managed to register the site, gained access to a new account, added the code.
