    Just bought the WP all import pro and woocommerce add-on, was provided a link to download
    which I did. Altogether there are 4 files 1. WP All Import Pro and a Beta Version 2. woocommerce add-on + a beta version as well. Surprisingly, there isn’t an installation manual anywhere on the net and even on this forum. I don’t know whether I have to install the 2 beta files as well. For a plugin that counts more than 200K installations it is really disappointing not to provide an installation manual. There are tons of documentation on the usage but zero mention of the installation procedure by the plugin maker Soflly is unthinkable and left me very very disappointed.

    Hi @nattyroy,

    Apologies for the frustration.

    You don’t need the beta version unless a support tech has suggested that you use it.

    As for installing the plugin, the steps are: download the zip file, go to your WordPress admin dashboard and navigate to Plugins › Add New, then click “Upload Plugin”. Upload the zip file and activate it.
