Installation on old WordPress version

Hi there,

One of my clients has just given me a website with Woocommerce to translate. It’s an old one because version 4.9.24 of WordPress. The previous webmaster never did an update.

Usually I’m using WPML to translate my websites. But this time, I can’t install because of the version of WordPress. With the support, we tried to update WordPress, plugins and WPML but impossible to do it successfully.

So one of my colleague talked to me about Polylang which is working perfectly fine with his websites. Can you tell me which package I have to take to translate this website? And can you tell me if you do refund if I can’t install your product because of the old WordPress version?
