    I’m having a problem installing the pro version of the image gallery. When I try to upload the plug-in, I get the following error: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

    What can I do to fix this problem?

    Dear customer please make sure that you have removed the free version before installing the pro.
    If you do and it still appearing that error please contact us on [email protected] we will send you the new version as the version you get from server may be broken.
