Installation problem?

I have the latest version of WordPress and have just installed the latest version of the slider. I’m on Win 10 locally and on a Linux based server (GoDaddy).
When I try to create a slide, I don’t get the panel with ‘Color scheme & settings’ below the slide name.
I’ve tried it on a couple of different browsers, but it’s just the same.
Any ideas anyone?

Seems like there is some other plugin or theme which is resulting in conflict. Can your try switching theme, and disable all plugins and try to enable one by one and see which plugin is causing this issue.
