installation problem

I have all the info input into the wp-config.php file, Datebase name, username, password and host. I check for all the info, they are all correct. the only thing different is the host, my hosting company is Godaddy, so i put in “h41mysql52.secureserver.net”, when i try to open the install page, there is error connecting it. I don’t know what else I need to do.
Do I need to change the DB_charset or the DB_Collate??
