Installation Problem: Unespected output

Hi,

I’m just trying out Duplicator and wanted to create an install of my word press site locally (using xampp) — Duplicator seemed an ideal solution.

However, I was stuck at the point of running the install, I get the notice:

NOTICE: The [my directory] directory is not writable on this server please talk to your host or server admin about making writable [my directory] directory on this server.

I’ve tried chown-ing it to www-data, and temporarily chmod-ing to 777, both to no avail.

So, I tried manually extracting the zip, which then left me with an “Unespected output” error (note the misspelling).

Here’s the full error output:

Do you have any insights into this? I’m happy to write a support ticket, but as I’m not yet a paid customer I don’t have a licence to add to my ticket.
