installation problems :(

i recently moved my blog from one server and host to another. I’ve been struggling to install it for about a week or two. Just today, it seems like I have been doing everything pretty right. Now my problem: whenever I go to my site, I am redirected to the install page in my wp-admin folder. (It is not in my root directory which is why my site’s confused of it not existing but it does, just in my wp folder but that isn’t my problem really – at least not yet).

ive installed my blog and it says the installation was successful. I clicked on the login button and it just redirects me to the exact same page of the installation.

I even tried to go to my login page and it just redircts me to that same page.

now, i have not changed my permalinks or url settings in my admin panel for this wordpress. could that be the cause. i had a horrible time with changing links and such prematurely.
