    Hi John,

    For some reason I’m having an issue with this installation of your plugin, mainly when I updated to the latest version, and run through the installation, I’m constantly getting console errors of 403 errors.

    One of the URLs is https://staging.psychiczara.com/wp-json/redirection/v1/plugin/test/, and when visiting this in a browser I see this:

    {“code”:”rest_forbidden”,”message”:”Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}

    Seems there’s an issue with this plugins access tot he REST API, however on Site Health the REST API is reported as being accessed fine.

    Any ideas or suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Lee

    Do you have any security plugins running?

    Hi John,

    Thanks for your response. I did have WordFence, which I thought might be the culprit, but after deactivating it, I’m still getting the errors when it tries to run through the installation thing.

    Hi John,

    Just to update you, I think I’m going to close this ticket, as I don’t think this is a fault of your plugin. I’ve been speaking wiht my host after seeing it with other plugins, it looks like there’s more a server config issue, as I’ve tried deactivating all plugins, updating core WordPress, issue is still there with several plugins (not just yours).

    Seems to be something up with the WP installation instead I think.

    Regards,
    Lee
