Installation / Update failed:

Hello,
I’m ever getting this ‘Update Failed:’ error when I try to update your plugin, and I’m ever getting the ‘Installation Failed:’ error whenever I am installing your plugin, even on stage sites.

What could be the problem??
What file(s) fails to download / install & causes this error??
