I’m running 2 sites for a client. On the one site, running 3.5.2, I needed to install an Event & Registration plugin. I installed this one, activated it, and now the Admin Page is nothing but a blank white page.

I did some research into a back door fix via CPanels, but that requires logging in through the host. Problem with that is my client’s not quite certain of the host URL. I have login info, but no host.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

  • If you have an FTP access, delete the plugin folder on wp-contet/plugins/events-manager and you may be able to see your admin panel

Yeah, it looks like I need to do some gypsy rain magic in order to get to that folder. My client doesn’t recall their hosting…

you might need to access your hosting cpanel for this since you need to determine what causes the page blank by enabling your wp_debug or checking your php logs.
