Installed but settings are missing

I seem to be missing something here. I installed Gforms, then installed the Stripe plugin. When I go to Forms>Settings, there is no settings for Stripe at the top.

I tried clearing all plugins, changing to default theme, deactivating all other plugins, reinstalling 3 times… no luck.

Your help is appreciated.
