Hi,
I have installed a website in test folder. So after installing the maintenance mode plugin, it works fine on this page http://www.website.com/test However I want it showing on Maintenance mode when people goto http://www.website.com

Option1: I transter the entire site with plugin ofcourse to http://www.website.com but then the question arises as to how to show a demo to my client ?

Is there any other option where people login to http://www.website.com can see maintenance mode and i continue my work on http://www.website.com/test

Hi,

You need to install WordPress in the root of your site as opposed to a sub folder. You can install in a sub folder but you have to do some configuration changes. See this: https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory
