Installer.php not opening

Hi,
I am using free version of Duplicator.
My site is https://designmaniac.in
When I try to open installer.php by using path https://designmaniac.in/installer.php, it gives me a 404 error, file not found.
I have copied the file in the root directory where wordpress is installed.
Can you please help me?
