The duplication process was quick (file size is over 1GB).

Upon moving it to a new subdomain to do work on the site, used the installer.

Set up the database, etc.

Hit processing.

It has now been processing for over 6 hours with no idea how much longer it will take.

Can you please advise?

Hi, ended up finding the package in the originating server, dragged it over to the target server and it worked.

Initially, when downloading it had to be recompressed (.zip), so that might have been the issue.

Regardless, thanks for taking the time out to assist.

Worked extremely fast.
